Implementation in practice:
We match our translators to individual translation assignments drawing on their appropriate specialist knowledge. Translations in the same subject are - if possible - always assigned to the same translator.
Our archive of translations and growing glossaries of professional vocabulary and phrases are a great support for our work and improve the quality of the translations delivered.
Easy access to a professional contact person will improve the efficiency of our work when translating a particularly specialised topic. A brief email or phone exchange with such a contact will enable the fine-tuning of specific professional terminology.
Delivery as required:
Documents will be delivered as electronic files (e-mail or disc) or as printed matter if required.
Our fees are calculated using the number of characters counted by Microsoft Word. The basis of our rates is the original language.
Confidentiality:
APT Hungaria Ltd. handles clients' documents as confidential information. We undertake to keep the documents and their content secret, they will not be passed to any third party and will not be used for any purpose other than translation.
Delay:
In case of any delay in delivery we undertake the legal sanctions set forth in the Civil Code of Hungary and, upon such agreement, we undertake to pay penalty.
Other:
We reserve the right to deviate from the aforementioned terms in our individual proposals.
